Job summary

Intuit is seeking an in-person Customer Advisor focused on hospitality to welcome and assist customers in-store. You will connect with individuals, understand concerns, and guide them to the right TurboTax service or expert, ensuring a warm and informed experience from start to finish.

You will be the on-the-ground host, embodying premium hospitality while collaborating with the TurboTax network. This year-round, non-exempt role may include seasonal contracts and requires flexible availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or similar high-touch role (as described)
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences and resolve needs with clear communication and empathy
• Experience in hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a professional tone
• Listen to understand each customer's situation and needs
• Guide customers to the right service or expert in the TurboTax network
• Accompany customers from arrival to hand-off with a personal, clear experience
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles
• Follow up to ensure customer needs are fully met
