Job summary

Intuit is seeking a hospitality-focused in-store Customer Advisor who welcomes customers and guides them through TurboTax services. This role centers on listening, empathy, and high-touch service to ensure guests feel understood and cared for from the moment they enter the store.

As the on-the-ground face of Intuit TurboTax, you connect customers with the right service or expert, accompany them through their journey, and help reduce friction at every touchpoint while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional customer experiences via effective communication and empathy.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Experience in hospitality/retail service or guest-relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming, professional tone from the first moment.
• Listen carefully, ask questions, and understand each customer's situation, concerns, and needs.
• Guide customers to understand options and direct them to the right service or expert within TurboTax network.
• Accompany customers through their experience end-to-end, ensuring touchpoints are personal and clear.
• Reduce friction by answering questions, resolving concerns, and removing obstacles.
• Follow up to ensure customers received needed support and all questions are answered.
