You will connect with individuals, understand their concerns, and steer them to the right TurboTax expert, acting as a friendly host and navigator within our retail locations. This year-round, non-exempt role emphasizes delivering a genuine, premium customer experience, with seasonal contracts available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or high-touch customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences via effective communication and empathy.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Hospitality/retail service or guest-relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming, professional tone.
• Listen, ask thoughtful questions, understand customer needs and concerns.
• Guide customers to appropriate service or expert within TurboTax network.
• Support customers throughout their visit from arrival to hand-off, ensuring a personal touch.
• Resolve questions and remove obstacles to create a smooth, effortless experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm they received needed support.
