Job summary

Invited is seeking a Host to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the club. You will greet by name, seat guests, and ensure a seamless start and finish to each visit, while keeping the host area organized and supporting the team.

You will follow Invited service standards, communicate professionally, and assist with member services as needed. The role requires guest-focused hospitality and teamwork in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name and seat them promptly.
• Maintain the host podium and keep it organized throughout the shift.
• Assist service staff and handle guest requests with professionalism.
