Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the service or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests, seat them, and ensure a warm, welcoming experience.
• Maintain the host podium and close it out at end of shift.
• Assist service staff and support the team in delivering 3-steps of service.
• Handle member requests and issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Adhere to Invited service standards and keep areas organized and sanitized.
