Job summary

Azul Hospitality in Detroit seeks a friendly guest service associate to greet guests, escort to tables, present menus, and coordinate with the team to ensure a top-notch dining experience. You will assist with refilling beverages, table setup, and maintaining clean dining areas, while following safety policies and company standards.

Prior food service or customer service experience is preferred; high school or equivalent education is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet all hotel guests and customers with a smile and appropriate greeting.
• Escort guests to their tables and present the menu.
• Communicate with wait staff to ensure the guest experience meets standards.
• Refill beverages, set tables, and clean eating/serving areas.
• Perform other duties in a team effort during downtime (e.g., rolling silverware, expediting food orders, preparing to-go areas).
• Follow safety and security policies and procedures; report hazards or injuries.
