Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks a friendly restaurant server to provide courteous table service in the hotel dining outlets. You will deliver meals, replenish water, pour coffee, and clear tables while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires professional communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in hospitality is preferred, with servers certifications requested.

Qualifications

• High school completion or an equivalent level of education required.
• One to three years food service experience preferred.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• California RBS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with their food.
• Ensure serve corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner.
• Replenish guest water; make and pour coffee.
• Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware.
• Cleans tables, chairs and floor area.
• Reset table quickly.
• Restock busing stations regularly, polishing silverware, folding napkins, and stocking with china, glassware, ice and clearing trays.
• Assist service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Be responsible for handling of all equipment and linens.
• Ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately and proper safety procedures are followed.
• Responsible for the proper handling of all food and equipment.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Restaurant Managers and Supervisors.
