Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks a friendly server to provide courteous food and beverage service in our restaurant. You will deliver meals, reset tables, and keep service areas clean while supporting the team to meet guest expectations.

Responsibilities include stocking items, clearing tables, and maintaining safety standards. Experience in hospitality is preferred and high attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English in the workplace.
• Exceptional customer relations and strong communication skills are required.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, PMS and POS.
• Ability to handle guest requests with patience and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests dining in the restaurant.
• Clear and reset tables; stock service areas and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist service team to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain bar and table surfaces; report spills and safety hazards.
• Follow safety policies; participate in outlet deep cleaning as needed.
• Support guests and handle inquiries with professionalism.
