Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders.
• Describe menu items and ingredients; suggest products.
• Seat, clear, and reset tables; maintain cleanliness of dining area.
• Operate cash register/POS and handle payments according to policies.
• Verify age for alcohol service and refuse service to minors or intoxicated individuals.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and complete side duties as assigned.
• Provide courteous, high-quality customer service and handle inquiries.
