Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Manager to lead, educate, and energize the team to deliver a world-class guest experience. You will ensure food and beverage quality, exceptional service, and daily presentation of the venue.

You will hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff, oversee multiple venues, monitor sales and expenses, and supervise reporting. A strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction drives this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, dayclub, entertainment venue or related field.
• At least one year in leadership/management in a similar field.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Nevada Gaming Registration eligibility and Alcohol Awareness Card.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest concerns and correct issues with a positive attitude.
• Implement and enforce operating standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, guest service, and cost control.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across venues including restaurants and lounges.
• Monitor daily expenses and sales; track performance metrics.
• Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and inventories.
• Create weekly staffing, cleaning, and vendor schedules.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation requirements meet regulatory rules.
