Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Hotel Operations Manager for The Reserve at Park MGM. You will partner with hotel leadership to guide front desk operations and drive operational excellence in a luxury setting on the Strip.

You will lead daily operations, coach teams, implement service standards, and support recruiting and training to create WOW guest experiences from arrival to departure. This role rewards leadership, collaboration, and a passion for hospitality with opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a hotel environment.
• Experience leading front desk operations and guest services.
• Knowledge of union environments and industry standards (AAA/Forbes) is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement strategic initiatives for hotel operations.
• Lead front desk operations through policies, procedures, training, scheduling, and directives.
• Provide leadership to maintain and improve the guest experience aligned with service standards.
• Support employee engagement through coaching, recognition, and development.
• Participate in hiring, training, supervision, and counseling of front desk staff.
