Qualifikationen

• Six or more years in Restaurant/Pool or Hotel Operations.
• At least four years of previous management experience.
• Proficient with guest service metrics and online reviews to improve service.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, POS, PMS and restaurant management systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of the pool experience, including staff management and collaboration with Security and Retail teams.
• Coordinate with Facilities and Environmental Services to maintain pool deck and dining areas.
• Prepare budget and control labor using software systems; manage rates and inventory with Revenue Strategy for pricing.
• Ensure team compliance with company guidelines and training manuals.
• Obtain and maintain relevant licenses and prepare for inspections.
