Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive the restaurant’s overall success, combining strong leadership with a focus on financial targets and high‑volume performance.

The role requires managing a team, implementing service standards, and collaborating with culinary staff to refresh menus while maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage.
• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience, preferably in high-volume luxury resort setting.
• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items.
• Resolve guest issues and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
