Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and financial performance. You will lead a high-volume, luxury dining environment, partner with culinary teams, and uphold Wynn's service standards.

Responsibilities include optimizing operations, controlling costs, staff development, scheduling, and maintaining health and safety compliance while delivering an unparalleled guest experience in a dynamic casino resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience in high-volume luxury resort setting.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain any licensing or work cards required for this position.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or above.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items.
• Resolve guest issues and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Implement and maintain Wynn policies and procedures.
• Conduct departmental pre-shift meetings to inform team members.
• Supervise and support a team of food and beverage personnel including hiring, scheduling, reviewing performance, and engagement.
• Train and monitor employees to ensure Wynn service standards across staff.
• Manage employee relations and HR agendas within the CBA.
