Job summary

Bathhouse seeks friendly Guides to be the welcoming face of our guest experience. You will greet guests, provide orientation, answer questions, and ensure guests feel comfortable throughout their visit.

In this role you’ll contribute to a calm, thoughtful, and seamless experience from arrival to departure, while promoting services and maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service preferred.
• Warm and welcoming demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, professional in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift light loads.
• Familiarity with reservation or POS systems (training provided).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Provide orientation for the Bathhouse experience.
• Answer questions about amenities, services, and policies.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and waivers as needed.
• Monitor guest flow to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
• Communicate guest feedback to management.
• Promote Bathhouse services and retail offerings when appropriate.
• Uphold Bathhouse’s hospitality, safety, and professionalism.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift transitions.
