Bathhouse is hiring friendly Guides to be the welcoming face of our guest experience in New York. You’ll check guests in, answer questions, and ensure a calm, thoughtful visit from the moment of arrival.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or service experience, a warm demeanor, and comfort working in a busy setting. This role includes flexible hours, on-site shifts, and staff benefits such as medical coverage and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service preferred.
• Warm and welcoming demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable in a busy, high-touch environment; stay calm and solutions-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Provide orientation for the Bathhouse experience and answer questions.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and paperwork or waivers as needed.
• Monitor guest flow for comfort and safety; relay feedback to management.
• Promote Bathhouse services and retail offerings when appropriate.
• Uphold standards of hospitality, safety, and professionalism.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift transitions.
