Job summary

Appellation Healdsburg is seeking a Spa Host to warmly welcome guests and guide their wellness journey in a luxury spa setting. This role focuses on hospitality, product knowledge, and creating a calm, memorable experience from arrival to departure.

You will greet guests, answer inquiries, book appointments, support check-ins, and collaborate with the treatment team. Morning/day shifts offered with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Front-office experience in spa, salon, wellness, retail, or medical settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service or hospitality experience.
• Computer-savvy and willing to learn spa software.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Cosmetology license, esthetics background, or product sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, book appointments, and schedule.
• Support guest check-ins/outs and handle payment processing.
• Provide informed recommendations on retail products and spa services.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of reception area and displays.
• Assist with light admin tasks, inventory, and laundry coordination.
• Communicate with treatment team to ensure smooth flow.
• Ensure guests feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their visit.
