Job summary

Bathhouse seeks an attentive, organized Reservationist to support guest experience across booking, inquiries, and on-site coordination. You will guide guests through the process, answer questions, and ensure they feel informed and welcomed before arrival.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, and social messages, scheduling appointments, and acting as an ambassador for Bathhouse offerings with a warm, professional tone. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, spa or reservations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to multitask across email, phone, and software.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Calm, solutions-focused and professional when issues arise.
• Team-oriented with accountability.
• Familiarity with Zendesk (training provided).
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries by phone, email, and online messaging in a timely, professional manner.
• Book and manage appointments using Zendesk and reservation systems.
• Clearly explain amenities, services, pricing, policies, and availability.
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues and assist guests with changes or special requests.
• Document guest interactions and ensure accurate information.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of Bathhouse amenities, services, promotions, and policies.
• Communicate with on-site teams about guest needs, special notes, or escalations.
• Deliver warm, guest-first service while upholding Bathhouse standards and tone.
• Support a calm, professional, and welcoming experience for every guest.
