The NOW Massage in Westlake Village, CA seeks an Experience Guide to welcome guests, book appointments, promote memberships and handle payments, ensuring seamless daily boutique operations.

You will actively drive enhancements and gift card sales, maintain a welcoming reception, and collaborate with leadership to uphold best practices in a positive, supportive workplace. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Sales and service-related experience preferred.
• Efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm and excellent guest service skills.
• Strong communication including listening, empathy, and subject matter knowledge of The NOW.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check in guests.
• Drive enhancements, memberships, and gift card sales by educating guests about services and retail.
• Book, edit, and cancel massage appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Open/close the boutique daily following SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Maintain guest areas to standard.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy, happy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure best practices and foster innovation.
