Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, team, financials, and culture of your center, leading from the floor and building a place guests want to return to.

You will oversee bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events while driving daily sales through guest engagement and events, and building high-performing teams with accountability and hospitality. Strong P&L and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume, guest-focused entertainment venues.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Strong P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization and cost control.
• Experience building and developing leadership teams from the ground up.
• Visible floor-first leadership presence, especially during peak periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience, team, financials, and culture of your center.
• Lead center operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events.
• Drive daily sales through direct guest engagement, events and marketing initiatives.
• Build and develop high-performing teams across every department.
• Set performance expectations and hold teams to consistent results across sales, operations, and guest satisfaction.
• Own full P&L performance including labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls.
