Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager in the United States to own guest experience, team leadership, financial performance, and center culture. The role requires hands-on leadership from the floor and the ability to adapt across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar and events.

You will drive sales, build and develop strong teams, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction while maintaining financial discipline and operational excellence across all departments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading guest-focused venues in entertainment or hospitality.
• Track record of driving sales growth and meeting financial targets.
• Fluency in full P&L budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization and cost control.
• Proven ability to build and develop leadership teams from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, F&B, bar and events.
• Drive daily sales through guest engagement, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Build high-performing teams and a culture of accountability and hospitality.
• Set performance standards and ensure consistent results in sales, operations and guest satisfaction.
• Own full P&L performance including labor, COGS, inventory and costs.
• Maintain clean, guest-ready facilities and attractions at all times.
