Macy's is hiring an At Your Service Center Colleague in Madison, WI. You’ll deliver a seamless shopping experience, support BOPIS, returns, and order pickups, and help customers with loyalty benefits and credit options.

Your role centers on hospitality, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced store setting. You’ll work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays, with emphasis on friendly, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with technology and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with total store fulfillment including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and returns.
• Proficient in POS systems to complete transactions and support pickup areas.
• Keep pickup and return areas organized and curbside processes efficient.
• Explain loyalty benefits and help customers open credit accounts when appropriate.
• Deliver stellar service and end interactions with a sincere thank-you.
