Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to support the Director of Front Office in managing guest reception, reservations, and concierge services. You will contribute to profitability, lead by example, and help steer daily operations to exceed guest expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years in customer service, with 2–3 years in hotel supervision. Strong skills in Opera, Outlook, Excel and related tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in customer service.
• Two (2) to three (3) years of hotel supervisory experience.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Opera and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Front Office in managing day-to-day guest reception and services.
• Oversee arrival and departure experiences to exceed guest expectations.
• Contribute to profit and flow-through strategies and program implementation.
• Review daily financial and labor reports and adjust operations to meet budgets.
