Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Front Office Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and coordinate with hotel departments to deliver a personalized stay. You will handle folios, invoicing and guest requests with accuracy, while maintaining professional relationships and delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years in hotel operations and customer service, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years in hotel operations and customer service.
• Strong English communication and basic math skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out and folio handling.
• Maintain guest records and respond to guest questions.
• Collaborate with department leaders to personalize guest stays.
• Upsell services and ensure accurate billing.
