Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in cashier and club desk areas and provide world-class service.
• Handle returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Maintain front-end area cleanliness and visual merchandise presence.
• Process payments securely following SOP and provide product information.
• Direct customers to store areas or staff as needed.
