Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Downtown seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and assist with valet operations. The role emphasizes service with integrity and a welcoming smile from arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates have hotel front desk experience, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and strong communication skills, with the ability to work AM/PM/overnight shifts including weekends and holidays. Employee perks include discounts and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license; clean driving record preferred.
• Prior hotel front desk experience required.
• Experience with Hotel PMS systems preferred.
• Familiarity with IHG brand hotels is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Perform accurate guest check-in and check-out.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles as needed.
• Maintain awareness of lobby and front drive activity.
• Balance cash drawer at start and end of shift.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams.
• Follow hotel policies, brand standards, and safety rules.
• Work AM, PM, overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Stand and walk continuously during shifts.
