Responsibilities include guiding registration, billing, and guest inquiries while maintaining brand standards. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills are essential to maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Two years combined front desk and supervisor experience.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead front desk team to deliver consistent guest service.
• Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information on hours and local attractions.
• Manage registration, room assignment, and billing processes with accuracy.
• Handle guest concerns calmly and resolve issues to restore satisfaction.
• Supervise staff across shifts, including Night Audit and PBX.
