Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will supervise staff, handle check-in/out, and assist with training while acting as Manager on Duty when required.

The role emphasizes clear communication, smooth guest experiences, and adherence to brand standards across shifts in a 24/7 hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a front desk team and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues calmly.
• Experience with hotel PMS, billing, and guest accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations and staff performance.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee check-in/out, revenue postings, and payments.
• Assist with training and coaching of new front desk agents.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed and ensure smooth operations.
