Job summary

Pier House is seeking an experienced Front Office leader to ensure proper staffing, training, and supervision of the front desk team at our Phoenix property. You will manage MICROS, resolve guest requests, and coordinate with housekeeping and engineering to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate demonstrates calm under pressure, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Staff front office roles: interview, hire, train, and schedule.
• Supervise front desk agents, bell staff, and PBX operators.
• Operate MICROS system for daily transactions.
• Check AM/PM discrepancy reports accurately.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for guest needs.
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out professionally.
