OTO Development is seeking a Front Office Supervisor in Orlando, Florida. You will supervise front desk operations, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, manage guest requests, and support a high level of service across the hotel.

You will also assist with cash handling, reservations, and coordination with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in front desk roles, strong communication, teamwork, and a guest-first attitude.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a front desk/receptionist role.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to work well with others and as part of a team.
• Able to handle cash and credit transactions with integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Operate the hotel’s electronic reservation system and related software.
• Handle financial transactions (credit cards and cash) securely and accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs and maximize guest experiences.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a hospitable, guest-focused environment.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth reservation processing.
