Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shift.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure company policies are adhered to, relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing.
• Pre-block VIP arrivals, special request rooms and long-stay guest rooms in advance.
• Coordinate with other departments to follow up on guest and room information.
• Report items in need of repair and maintain safety procedures.
