Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead guest services at our property. You will supervise front desk operations, assist guests with check-in and check-out, and ensure accurate handling of reservations and payments.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive problem-solving approach to enhance the guest experience. This on-site position reports to the General Manager and aligns with our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience working in a front desk/receptionist type role
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Team player who enjoys working with others
• Problem solver and solution finder who ensures the best guest experience

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in check-in/check-out and throughout their stay
• Operate the hotel's electronic reservation system and other programs to ensure seamless workflow
• Handle all financial matters securely and accurately
• Anticipate guests' needs to maximize guest experience
• Foster a hospitable, customer-focused environment with team members
• Ensure correct handling of reservations, check-in/out, and payments
• Maintain administration of the reservation system and daily reports
