Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and guest interactions.
• Interview, hire, train and evaluate staff when needed.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Enforce SOPs and LSOPs, maximize revenue, and motivate staff.
• Supervise Guest Service Agents and handle escalations.
• Remain calm during busy periods and emergencies and act as role model.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
