In this role you will use the POS system for payments, assist guests with transactions and currency, and upsell hotel services while collaborating with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or high-volume customer service experience.

• Excellent computer skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register arrivals, and check guests out while maintaining guest service and profitability.
• Input and verify guest information, rate details, and room assignments in the computer system.
• Use the POS system to process payments, handle cash, and manage foreign currency exchanges.
• Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Answer questions, resolve guest issues, and coordinate with other hotel teams.
