Job summary

Spinnaker Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to manage guest services, reservations, and the check-in/out process across our properties. You will lead the front desk team, ensure accurate billing, and maintain high guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

The role requires supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to deliver a seamless vacation experience for owners and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication with guests, owners and vendors.
• Punctual, reliable and able to lead a front desk team.
• Organize, maintain and lead staff through shifts.
• Neat appearance with warm, outgoing personality.
• Typing and basic forms preparation.
• Discretion in dealing with owners and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist owners and guests with reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
• Monitor staff performance and provide leadership to the front desk team.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments and charges to guest folios.
• Coordinate with other departments and marketing for tour guests issues.
• Maintain knowledge of timeshare rules, regulations, and availability.
• Operate and troubleshoot front desk equipment as needed.
