Job summary

Spinnaker Resorts in Williamsburg, VA seeks a Lead Coordinator, Welcome Center to check-in guests on marketing promotions, set up tour times and provide concierge services, delivering a first-class guest experience.

You will lead Welcome Desk staff, coordinate with Telemarketing Centers and Hotels, maintain daily reports and guest records, and ensure outstanding hospitality during peak seasons at our Tour Desk.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years as a lead supervisor, front office manager or administrative assistant.
• Advanced computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to take on additional duties and manage conflicts.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to seasonal schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a creative, upbeat atmosphere at the Welcome Center.
• Check-in guests on marketing packages and set up tour times.
• Provide concierge services and first-class hospitality.
• Train new Welcome Desk staff and supervise scheduling.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and manage guest data in SPI/CRMS.
• Coordinate with Local Promotion teams and other departments.
