Job summary

Spinnaker Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for its Hilton Head Island property to lead the front desk team, manage guest interactions, and uphold service standards. You will handle reservations, rate quotes, folio postings, and cross-department communication to ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival through checkout.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple duties in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with owners, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to organize, lead and develop front desk personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist owners and guests with the reservation process.
• Quote rates for timeshare rental guests.
• Monitor staff productivity and shift checklists.
• Check in guests and ensure a positive start to the stay.
• Post payments and manage guest folios and incidentals.
