Spinnaker Resorts invites a Night Auditor to join our team in Florida. You will balance nightly accounts for timeshare properties, assist owners and guests from phone to check-out, and maintain a positive, professional guest experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, end-of-day reporting, cash handling, and coordination with departments. Strong communication, reliability, and prior front desk work are essential for success in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk/Reservation experience is required.
• Neat appearance and warm, outgoing personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily accounts for timeshare properties and assist guests.
• Check guests in and out, answer phones, and provide courteous service.
• Process end-of-day reports and postings accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer and ensure security of guest information.
• Relay important information to other departments and shifts.
