Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative in Westmont, IL to deliver a friendly, efficient check-in/check-out experience for guests. You will answer phones, assist guests, collect payments, and maintain front desk paperwork in line with company policies.

This role requires strong English communication, basic math for transactions, and a commitment to safety and hotel cleanliness. Training and weekly pay are provided as part of a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate the property management system and perform end-of-shift audits.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Answer phones and respond to guest requests with follow-through.
• Process payments and maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accuracy.
• Maintain front desk area and common spaces per company standards.
• Promote ESA services and upsell reservations when possible.
• Support breakfast setup and general property cleanliness.
