• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accuracy.
• Set up/breakfast as required and keep areas clean.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Capture guest information and identify sales leads.
• Ensure property meets brand standards with periodic tours.
• Provide accommodations for guest requests and follow safety policies.
