Job summary

Extended-Stay-Hotel is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences across Lombard, Naperville, and Westmont locations. The role includes greeting guests, answering phones, processing reservations, and handling check-ins/outs with accuracy and courtesy.

The position requires strong English communication, cash handling, and familiarity with a property management system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in front desk or guest services preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/check out, and collect payments.
• Handle reservations and room charges according to guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and security procedures.
• Provide breakfast setup and maintain lobby areas.
• Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed.
