Qualifications

• Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for personnel.
• Provides callers with company information and directions.
• Keeps reception areas clean and stocked with refreshments.
• Coordinates pickup/delivery of express mail services.
• Assists with ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed by management.
