Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Merrimack, NH seeks a friendly Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer calls, and provide accurate information about the dealership. You will support daily operations by taking messages, directing inquiries, and keeping the reception area tidy while coordinating mail and office supplies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Systems2K is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred; RV or automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and telephone skills; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with information such as address, directions, and website.
• Keeps reception and customer lounge clean and stocked with refreshments.
• Coordinates mail services (FedEx/UPS) and office supplies.
• Performs related clerical duties and maintains organized records.
