The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience; RV or automotive dealership exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred; RV or automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and information management.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for personnel.
• Provides callers with address, directions, fax numbers, and website information.
• Keeps reception area clean and stocked with refreshments.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies.
• Performs related clerical duties as needed.
