Job summary

Campers Inn RV of Phoenix Inc is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our Phoenix location. You will answer phones, greet guests, relay messages, and help with basic clerical duties in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The position is full-time, offers $18 per hour, and includes health and welfare coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) with employer match. Prior experience in RV or automotive settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills, and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with company information and directions.
• Keeps the reception area clean and stocked with refreshments.
• Coordinates pickup and delivery of express mail services.
• Assists with ordering, receiving, stocking and distributing office supplies.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed by management.
