Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Receptionist to create an exceptional first impression for guests and colleagues. This role emphasizes hospitality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty, with responsibilities spanning front-desk management and basic administrative support.

Based in Phoenix, AZ, the position offers a stable full-time schedule, opportunities for growth, and a team-focused environment that values integrity and continuous improvement in serving RV customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred in reception or customer service.
• Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
• Keeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and ensure refreshments are available
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating, keeping customers area(s) clean and organized.
• Any other duties as needed by management
