Campers Inn RV in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Receptionist to provide an outstanding first impression, greet visitors, answer phones, schedule and relay messages, and keep the front desk organized with a courteous, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and written and spoken communication, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean, welcoming customer lounge; the role includes full-time hours, robust benefits, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: A minimum of one year experience preferred. RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.
• Abilities: interpersonal and telephone skills, communication, multitasking, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, fax numbers, and website.
• Keeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and stocked with refreshments.
• Coordinates pickup and delivery of express mail services.
