Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred in receptionist/customer service roles.
• Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, fax numbers, website
• Keeps customer lounge and reception areas clean and stocked
• Coordinates pickup and delivery of express mail services
• Assists with ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
• Any other duties as needed by management
