Campers Inn RV in Raynham, MA is seeking a Receptionist to create a welcoming first impression and support daily front-desk operations. You will handle calls, greet visitors, relay information, and assist with office tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year experience preferred; RV or automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills; good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate; transfers when needed.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the company location.
• Take and retrieve messages for personnel.
• Provide callers with address, directions, and contact information.
• Keep the reception area clean and stocked with refreshments.
• Coordinate express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Perform related clerical duties as needed by management.
