Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate associate.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for personnel.
• Provides information such as address, directions, fax numbers, and website.
• Maintains clean reception and lounge areas and ensures refreshments are available.
• Coordinates express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies.
• Fulfills other clerical duties as needed by management.
